Welcome
The Milton Keynes Magic Players Club, is a club for anybody interested in playing Magic: The Gathering in and around the Milton Keynes area. We meet weekley at the Shenley Church Inn Toby (directions here) on a Tuesday evening at 7pm (7:30pm start) for a Friday Night Magic session (yes we know it says Friday Night Magic - we just like Tuesdays!).
We also meet at the Rectory Cottages in Bletchley on Thursdays on the alternate weeks to the FNM nights to play casual Magic. This is a more relaxed session and lets us play some of the more odd-ball stuff Magic has to offer such as Double-Headed Giant, Elder Dragon Highlander, Prismatic and Emperor as well as the more usual one-on-one and multiplayer formats. These evenings are a great way to look at starting Magic or getting back into it if you haven't played for a while.
The club is for everybody and has memebers who are new to magic, those who've been playing a while, some who are coming back after a break and some more hardcore players. You're bound to find a chalenge no matter what level you are at and all the players are friendly and willing to offer advice.
